Jim Price, a Senior Advisor and former partner at Eventus, has more than 33 years of experience, including 29 years at Aegis Property Group, three years with the internationally recognized development firm Gerald D. Hines Interests, and eight years with the country’s largest commercial contractor, Turner Construction Company. While at Aegis Property Group, he has been responsible for development management functions, including the planning of major projects for senior living communities. Other significant clients include The Diocese of Trenton, St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, SERV Behavioral Health Systems, and Amtrak, where he guided the planning and development of a $50 million garage and a $200 million class “A” office tower at Amtrak’s 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
