Director of Development

Jack Garrett is the Director of Development at Eventus, providing comprehensive development management services through planning, design, construction, and occupancy phases.

 

He has supported non-profit senior living communities in VA, FL, MD, NJ, and PA that have had facets including residential independent living, healthcare assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care, as well as amenities, dining, administration, and other spaces.

 

His approach leverages past experience as subcontractor, construction manager, facilities project manager, medical equipment installation manager, and non-profit development manager combined with his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University and Masters of Business Administration with concentrations on managerial leadership, corporate finance and nonprofit governance at University of San Diego to develop and precisely manage comprehensive project finances (budget & cost) and schedules.

 

Jack is passionate about sustainability demonstrated by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (previously specialties in Building Design & Construction as well as Neighborhood Development), as well as strategic and alternate project delivery methods demonstrated by certification by Design Build Institute of America.
