Carl Freedman is an Eventus Associate, licensed architect, and LEED AP. He brings over 25 years of experience to our company, highlighted by nine years at Aegis Property Group. Previously, Carl was with the architectural firms Stuart G. Rosenberg, Architects, and Nave, Newell & Stampfl, Ltd., as well as the nationally recognized construction firm P.J. Dick, Inc. Carl is a member of the American Institute of Architects, has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association as a member of the Construction Panel for 20 years, and is certified as an expert witness in Montgomery County, PA.
