Senior Development Manager
Beth Smith is a Senior Development Manager at Eventus who concentrates on design and construction phase activities. She has worked on projects for clients like Daughters of Israel, Lutheran Haven, and Friends House. Also an Aegis Property Group Senior Development Manager, her experience includes academic, corporate, and museum projects taking place on occupied campuses as well as project management for private residential construction projects.
She is a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design with a BFA in Art History and an Interior Design minor. She is a candidate for MS in Arts Administration at Drexel University.
Beth chairs our internal Community Service committee, connecting our firm with our community in meaningful ways. She is a member of Professional Women in Construction; an Affordable Housing Group Member in Media Borough; and a Campus Committee Member, School in Rose Valley, in Rose Valley, PA.
