Eventus began working for Meadowood in 2017 in a project review capacity, specifically looking at the new housing and memory care projects and performing a general review and update of the projected financial model of Meadowood’s Master Plan, developed in 2016. Eventus then guided the development of The Grove - 3 new “hybrid” independent living housing buildings, each with 14 units and under building parking. The Grove held its grand opening in November 2019. Eventus has since guided Meadowood on an in-depth analysis of renovations to the existing health care buildings and the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art Memory Care Center.
