Lutheran Haven Retirement Community

Location: Oviedo, Florida

Client: Lutheran Haven Retirement Community

Eventus was retained to lead the planning for a major campus repositioning for this unique community. A master plan has been completed and Eventus provided development management for the design, financing and construction of the initial phase of 48 independent living apartments with 10,000 sf of new community space. Construction was completed in October 2018.
