Eventus was engaged to direct a strategic planning effort that would reposition the existing campus with updated independent living, assisted living, and community support facilities along with planning for low income housing. Implementation of Phase I began in February 2014 with the selection of an affordable housing development partner, architect, and marketing consulting firm. Eventus provided full project management services.
