Eventus is providing strategic planning assistance to this prominent CCRC that is seeking to position itself for continued viability and growth in a competitive market. The leadership of Duncaster is completing a small health care and independent living expansion on its campus while maintaining a focus on new opportunities for creativity and innovation in serving its residents and seniors in the local market. Eventus began the planning process in mid-2014 and concluded in late 2015. In addition, Eventus developed the strategy and related financial study for developing an adjacent property into a different independent living community with cottages, duplexes, and hybrid apartment buildings with 10 to 12 units each along with a club house for the community.
