Eventus Engaged for Master Planning at Snyder Village

Eventus has been engaged to lead a master planning process that will strategically plan for the future of Snyder Village in Peoria, IL. Originating in the mid-80s, the community currently includes 210 independent living cottages and apartments and 170 assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing beds. The planning will address the need to “right size” skilled nursing beds, update and replace certain existing facilities, develop new facilities, and enhance the amenities and support services of the Community.
