Eventus Engaged for Master Planning at Vinson Hall

Eventus has been engaged to lead a master planning process that will strategically plan for the future of Vinson Hall in McLean, VA, to further serve its retired military constituents, along with the recent inclusion of seniors in the general public. Originating in the late 1960s, the community currently includes 255 independent living apartments and 62 assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing beds. The planning will address the need to update and replace certain elements of these existing facilities, develop new facilities, and enhance the amenities and support services in a very limited community site.
