Eventus led a master planning process that resulted in a first phase of development that is to include the renovation of nursing wings including conversion of certain units to rehab and PC memory care along with other interior improvements addressing the kitchen and dining area and the addition of a outdoor memory garden which requires relocation of the entry road. Eventus is currently engaged to coordinate the design, prepare a financial analysis, and assist in the financing process for this first phase of the Master Plan.
