Grace Reynolds is an Assistant Development Manager at Eventus with a strong background in construction and development. She has guided hundred of renovations through the regulatory compliance, permitting, and licensing process. Grace also has property management experience, which allowed her to become well versed in tracking, processing, and maintaining systems that drill down on specific information and field a wide range of requests to deliver custom products and solutions to clients and translates well to options and upgrades on the Eventus side.
She is providing development management services on projects for Plymouth Place in La Grange, IL, Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant in Ellicott City, MD, and Meadowood in Lansdale, PA.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication with a focus in Public Relations from the Temple University School of Media & Communications. She is involved with BOMA.
