Eventus was engaged to resolve the planning/design for a major IL addition and healthcare replacement and to formulate a viable financial plan. The project was completely redesigned with a smaller number of IL units (75) and a reconfigured healthcare center that includes 103 units of skilled nursing, assisted living and dementia care. The Project team completed the facilities design; pre-sale of new IL units was completed within a year; financing was completed in January 2010; and the facility was opened in 2011.
