Eventus completed a thorough review and update of the prior Master Plan for the Simpson House campus that is over 100 years old. A revised Master Plan was developed that focused on a financially feasible solution. The plan includes six phases of significant facility upgrades and additions along with the reconfiguration of resident services. Phase 1 - renovations to the historic Olde Main residential building and Phase 2 - renovations to the healthcare facilities; and Phase 3 that includes a new residential building was completed in mid-2018.
