Gurwin Jewish, a long-standing provider of skilled nursing and assisted living services, purchased land contiguous to its campus to allow for a new CCRC project. Eventus completed a review of Gurwin’s previous plans for this development and recommended significant design, program modifications, and financial plan along with a phased development approach. Eventus managed the Phase I development process consisting of 102 apartments, 29 terrace units, and a 24,000 sf commons building with dining venues and various activity areas that were completed in the spring of 2021.
