Bill’s wide-ranging capabilities come from over 20 years of service as Director for Finance and Director of New Project Development for The Kendal Corporation, a Pennsylvania-based not-for-profit organization comprising a system of senior living communities and services, where he was actively involved in the development of senior living communities in four states.
