Eventus was retained to provide strategic planning, revised master planning and financial analysis for a significant update and expansion to the health care facility as well as the addition of a different style of independent living (hybrid apartments) with an adjacent clubhouse. Eventus managed the planning, design of the projects, assisting counsel with land use approval, and overseeing construction of the three hybrid independent living housing buildings yielding 34 units. The project also added a 7,000 sf Clubhouse featuring a casual bar/restaurant, a large lecture hall, and an outdoor pool and patio. The Clubhouse is very versatile and is expected to be the center of many community events. In addition, Eventus assisted Management with the refinancing of its debt to enable the further development of its campus now planned to be implemented in 2021. Design work is now underway on substantial revisions to the existing health care building.
